The Annual Family Punkin' Carving

We try every year to carve pumpkins with the boys. I think we've only missed one or two years since having kids for whatever reason. This year was a lot of fun. Enoch has loved it every time we've done it but Travis really had no interest until this year. We did our pumpkin purchasing at Nick's Garden again which is really fun every time we go. They have bouncy castles, hay rides, train rides, bean bag tosses and a tiny maze. The boys love going.

The boys are growing like weeds!!

On to the Punkin' Carving! Travis picked out some goofy teeth for his little pumpkin at Nick's. Enoch wanted nothing to do with the teeth. They are polar opposites at times. I love that about them though! Joe tested out his Dremel on the pumpkins too! It was good for some things but seemed to slow the process on others. I still think he enjoyed using a power tool on the pumpkins.

Travis was truly content to just watch Joe work his magic. Enoch is very much our hands on participant.

For the "family" pumpkin, we got a warty one! The boys loved it but I think I was more excited about how funky it was than they were.

The end result! I'll have to post pictures when they're lit tonight.

Happy Halloween Everyone!
