Fast & Furious October

October is just about gone but here are few snapshots of this speedy month. There was a lot of sleeping had by all.  

 

The boys love it when Dad comes home early from work and gets to hang out for a while.

Made some yummy popcorn from my friend’s recipe! Good stuff! Travis likes to do “homework” now and says “Amen” when he’s done.

Travis enjoys taking a bath in the sink still (it is a pretty large sink) and his Tutu loves giving him baths in the sink.

I learned how to make crepes! YUM!

So… a person who shall remain nameless, dumped about 10 pounds of food down the kitchen sink and clogged the pipe. The pipe got snaked and snaking the pipe caused the incredibly old, rusted out pipe to break. Joe & Lawry dug up the basement floor and found said pipe and replaced about 9 feet of it. Talk about disgusting. Joe found the clog and it was about 4 feet long and he said it looked like cat food. GROSS. We couldn’t use the kitchen sink, dishwasher or washing machine for about two weeks. It was insane. Toilets and showers were still useable so that was a saving grace. I’ll take more photos once the whole thing is repaired. This is when Joe’s year and a half of working with a concrete company really pays off.

Travis has a 3 year old “crush” on a little girl we go to church with. Her name is Kianna and she’s also a kindergartner at Enoch’s school. I just thought this picture was cute, he was chasing her all over the park. He says she “married” him.

iPad time early Saturday morning.

It seems to me that while Enoch is in school, I only get photos of Travis. I need to work on that.

The boys and I went to my sister in law’s baby shower on Saturday and then a birthday party. Travis just HAD to help open Lauren’s gifts. I’m just glad he didn’t feel the need at the birthday party later. The cakes were just too fun and I had to take pictures! Well, my sister Alana took the picture of Lauren’s cake. Had her text it to me, yeah. Thanks Alana!

Travis is explaining to Joe that the flash cards dumped themselves all over the floor and no one needed to clean them up because they did it themselves. He’s such a nut.

Early bedtime, died on the couch after a fun playdate, his hand was just too cute,

And Enoch zonked out during conference.

Just love it! They’re either all growing or just really exhausted all the time. Poor guys!
