The Blog of a Jogger

Hello Once Again. To all of you who have wondered about my "jogging", yes, I have started. While you're actually jogging, it's not so much fun, but when you are done and you wake up the next day, it actually feels AMAZING. I have gone two days now and just love how I feel afterwards. Enoch also enjoys feeling the wind in his hair as he is quickly pushed in the wonderful jogging stroller my husband allowed me to purchase. Oh! And the running shoes, PERFECT. They really are awesome. Love them!

And yes, I do take my little breaks but it is supposedly healthier for you if you do. Exert, slow down, exert, slow down. They say that type of pattern helps to stretch your lungs instead of shrink them so you reduce your risk of heart attach. YES!

For those of you who think you could never run, I am living proof, anyone can do it and love it.
Good luck to all in your exercise routines! :D
Happy Sweating!

Yea for running!!! It is hard to do every day but it is awesome how you feel. I don't know if it affects you the same way but you also feel alot more "active" in other aspects of your life. Yes this is why seth is such great support. j/k he is great anyways. I think the 5K is calling your name. Hey that might be a way you could get Joe to go running with you!! He He. I really want to get the Ipot chip for my shoes. Those are awesome and don't cost that much.

Way to go! I've been trying my hardest to get to the gym every day to run...can't run outside, shin-splints...but it seems to get harder and harder.
But I'm with ya on it not being fun in the moment, but feels so great when you're done!
And what a nice hubby for letting you get all that fun new stuff
