Can you see them? Yeah, we found about a dozen eggs in the window well one day. We thought Stripes was having issues because we hadn’t gotten eggs from her in over a week. Turns out, we didn’t have enough straw in her nesting box, they prefer a nice, soft, and cushy space for egg laying. So we added more straw and she then continued to lay in her box. Problem solved! It was too funny though!

August to November 219

Gah, she’s so adorable!

August to November 234

When the hubby is away, the wife gets bored of waiting for him to do projects around the house so she takes things into her own hands! Ladies & Gentlemen! My first time using drywall anchor screw thingies!!! HAHA! I was getting tired of the boys’ backpack hooks falling off the wall because tiny nails just do not support anything at all.

August to November 235

It’s so beautiful!! These were the photos I sent Joe! (Thanks goes out to Alana for giving us her adorable skateboard hooks!)

Gwen adores the Minions from Despicable Me. She really wanted to take this guy home but there was no way I was going to spend $46 on a stuffed toy/pillow. Good thing too because I found the exact same toy at Target for $10!!

Then there was that one time where I photographed a playground build for 8 hours!!!! It was a long day but oh so much fun! I met a lot of great new people, got to spend some time with friends and just had a blast shooting in midday light! HAHA! This was for the Vanguard East Campus – my kiddos attend the West Campus. It was a blast, I learned a lot, and felt blessed to volunteer my time.
