We use Bag Balm for diaper rashes because its simply amazing. Nothing else worked when Enoch had his first poopy diaper at 6 months, and his diaper rash was so awful it burned him and he actually got scars from it. Ah, the life of a VACTERL baby. ANYWAY – Bag Balm is our friend basically. We love the stuff. And Gwen does too apparently. I found her on the couch once afternoon just going to town on the stuff. It was all OVER her!!!! And the can was a FULL, brand new can. GROSS. You could smell the Bag Balm all over the house.

This was after one attempt at washing. And we went with the big guns, no baby shampoo for this one. We used dish soap hoping it would cut through the Vaseline ick.
No such luck. This was wash #2/
She looked greasy for about three days. With multiple washes a day. And she smelled like bag balm FOREVER.
Ah, kids. They’re awesome. They are truly living proof that what doesn’t kill you, only makes you stronger.
