We have Stripes & Sally but we got them from the Hortons as adults and we really wanted more chickens. The city of Aurora allows you to have a total of four chickens in your backyard so we ordered some chicks online! The smallest order for our area was three chicks so we figured we would sell the third when it was old enough. We ordered a Black Polish for Joe who named her Pollito. Then we ordered two Silver Laced Wyandottes for Travis and I! We named them Sadie & Porter.
Our package arrived on September 9th! And let me tell you, it was SO much fun to pick up a peeping package from the airport! And opening that package was the best!! They were SO tiny, fuzzy, and adorable!!! Just the cutest little things you ever did see!
The boys were at school when the girls arrived so Gwen and I were the only ones at home to welcome them.
They were so fun!!
