Enoch is done with Kindergarten!

I cannot believe Enoch is already done with Kindergarten!! He had an awesome first year at school and made so many friends! Enoch is such a friendly person, people and kids just gravitate to him.
He learned SO much at Vanguard, some days he would just baffle me with the things he was learning. He came home one day and told me, "Mom, George Washington is my favorite President because he was the Father of our Country.". So cute! He LOVES math and can't get enough. His favorite teacher was his music teacher, Mr Crowe. Even though he didn't have much choice in joining, he really ended up loving Odyssey of the Mind. He was sort of forced to join since I was one of the coaches. He loved learning golf in PE and his favorite activity was when they held hula hoops and acted like planets orbiting around the gym. They also learned how to hip hop dance! He enjoyed his first field trip to the Museum of Nature & Science. : )

The last day of school they had a huge picnic day for the kids. They played games, got their faces painted, hair braided, they did spin art, lunch, a hula hoop relay race and tons of other fun things. Enoch had a blast. I volunteered as a chaperone so I could hang out with him the whole day. We had a really good time and Enoch's school is just awesome!

Walking from the school to the park.
One of the teacher's from the other Kindergarten class has a friend that makes t-shirts so they made shirts with all the kids' signatures on it! They turned out really cute!

Lunch time!

Signing his name for his teachers.

Drawing an elephant

He felt so cool looking like a tiger!

Probably Enoch's closest buds-
Isaac, Iris, Enoch, & Keegan

Enoch's teachers were amazing!!! They were so awesome through Enoch's medical journey this year and he has learned so much from them. I truly believe that learning goes smoother when you know your teacher(s) care for you and Enoch really felt that! He loved his teachers and I know he's going to miss them.
A big thanks to Ms Chadwick and Ms Russo! You guys are the bomb!
