Family Picture Time!

November to January 16 194

We had our family photos taken this year by our friend Kim Lamendola. She use to be Enoch’s first grade teacher and we just became good friends. We loved spending time with her and she really captured some sweet moments for us. Thanks again Kim, we love them!!!

Adventures in Potty Training

November to January 16 165November to January 16 166

Gwen started to show some interest in potty training and wearing panties so we gave it a go! After a day of accidents, we decided to save this for another day. We’re hoping to try again during spring break when the  boys are home and we don’t have to go anywhere. She really gave it a good effort though and was super excited so I’m hoping that will mean good things to come!!

A sick, sad Gwen

November to January 16 147

This sweet girl had a crazy fever over the weekend - still not sure what it was from but the fever was the only symptom. Needless to say, my Saturday & Sunday were filled with lots of cuddles and a little girl sleeping on me all day.

Christmas Tree for FHE - Dec 1st 2014

So I’m behind on blogging again but I really wanted to post this before I do my catch up work.
We had fun as a family decorating the Christmas tree this year. Surprisingly, I didn’t wait until the week before Christmas to get the tree up! The kids had a lot of fun doing the decorating and that alleviated a lot of stress and annoyance on my part. It’s their tree. And its glorious! I have actually enjoyed it more knowing that my kiddos decorated it by themselves and you should see their faces when they tell anyone that THEY decorated it. I just love it. Experiencing Christmas through my children’s eyes is a true blessing. And I love that we are focusing on Christ even more this year. He is truly the reason for the season and we are so grateful for Him. The boys really like watching the video on The Mormon Channel about what kids think about Christmas. You can see that video HERE
Without further ado, here are a few photos from our family evening.
(Pardon my camera, it’s a wimp in low light)
